Pentagon Nigeria Limited is the flagship of Fauzee-Pentagon Group Investments Limited. Pentagon Nigeria Limited commenced business in 1992 as a general contractor/supplier, dealer in motor vehicles and trucks and trading in agricultural commodities as well as real estate development. Between 1993 and 2013, Pentagon Nigeria Limited bid and won a number of contracts for the supply of motor vehicles and trucks to various arms of the Nigerian Armed Forces and institutions, namely, the Nigerian Air Force, Armed Forces Command, Staff College Jaji and Military Pensions Board.

Pentagon Nigeria has also undertaken real estate development and invested in poultry production, water purification, printing, solid minerals mining and consultancy services. As the volume of the businesses of Pentagon Nigeria Limited grew astronomically over the years, it has become imperative to diversify and streamline the various activities of the Company.
