Fauzee-Pentagon Group Investments Limited is a Conglomerate of Companies and was incorporated on 20th October 2015.
It seeks to coordinate the activities of all the Subsidiaries of the various companies under the Group.
These activities cover a wide range of businesses in farming, water production, consultancy services and solid minerals development.
Other areas are contract/supply activities, dealership in motor vehicles/trucks, printing press and real estate development activities in Nigeria that focus on both the residential and commercial sectors.
Air Commodore Gambo Muhammad Ilyasu (Rtd) was born in Lafia on 10 April 1961. He hails from Lafia Local Government Area (LGA) of Nasarawa State, Nigeria. He is an indigene of Nasarawa State. Gambo M Ilyasu attended Nasarawa LGA Primary School from 1969 to 1976. He had his secondary education in Government College, Pankshin (in the then Plateau State) from 1976 to 1981. He attended Bayero University Kano from 1981 to 1985 where he obtained Bsc Hons Accounting Degree (with Second Class Upper Division). In 1998, he obtained MBA (Finance) from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He also holds a Masters Degree in Strategic Studies from the University of Ibadan in 2011...

Pentagon Nigeria Limited is the flagship of Fauzee-Pentagon Group Investments Limited. Pentagon Nigeria Limited commenced business in 1992 as a general contractor/supplier, dealer in motor vehicles and trucks and trading in agricultural commodities as well as real estate development.
Between 1993 and 2013, Pentagon Nigeria Limited bid and won a number of contracts for the supply of motor vehicles and trucks to various arms of the Nigerian Armed Forces and institutions namely the Nigerian Army, the Nigerian Air Force and the Armed Forces Command and Staff College Jaji.
